So, why do rare roses (or beds of roses) rise from the ashes and replenish the garden?
Because they enjoy change, and see it is necessary.

With the collapse of the Marxian production model, the Soviet Union and bipolarity, "we" can thrive in unique threat-reduced environs. Risk is real, but there are more opportunities for those who seize them.
Reptilian thinking is bad for companies. Though dependent on the competitive landscape, we are closer to Canaan than we are to a desert. For those groups with the desire to stretch and grow.
Reptiles are actually doing a disservice to their colleagues. They, in fact, increase the likelihood of failure.. Lost jobs, lost income, lost hope, lost vision.. Quarterly returns of destitution. Tracking inevitably to disease and demise with each falling profit forecast and margin report.

Call out the reptiles. And help them to warm their blood. But place your hopes in the mammals, those furry, fuzzy networks that will replenish your nest.
To reptiles, the choice is stark. Eat or be eaten....
To mammals, the future is 'prosocial', full of trust, full of candour, full of joy..
So, disssss - abuse your reptilian mates of their fallen ways. The music's changed, the vibrations are real.
